We only ship to street addresses in the United States (no P.O. or Military AP/FPO addresses). We ship to all 50 states including the District of Columbia (increased shipping fees for deliveries to Hawaii and Alaska). For Nic Tailor to deliver your order as quickly as possible we require that delivery details are accurate. We are not responsible for orders that are delayed, lost, or misdirected as a result of an inaccurate address being provided. Nic Tailor will not be responsible for additional shipping charges that result from inaccurate or incomplete address information. Please allow 2-3 days for processing of online orders. Once your order is shipped, tracking information will be emailed to the email address the customer provided during checkout. During peak holiday times, please allow an extra 1-2 business days for tracking information to be transmitted and shipment to be made.

Only items purchased from www.NicTailor.com can be returned to www.NicTailor.com. All requests must be made within thirty (30) days of delivery. Unfortunately, we cannot offer you a refund or exchange once this refund period has ended.
Nic Tailor offers refunds or exchanges on your first order only, or when the product is faulty or incorrect.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the original packaging, unworn, unwashed, and include all hangtags. Refunds or exchanges will not be issued for unauthorized returns. To avoid this, please contact us at info@NicTailor.com to confirm your return is authorized before sending anything back or otherwise attempting to return an item. Nic Tailor reserves the right to reject (and not return) items that do not adhere to this return policy.
If you would like to return an item, first contact us at info@NicTailor.com so we can determine whether you meet our requirements for authorized returns. Once we authorize your return, we will email you additional information necessary to complete the return of your item. Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, we will process the refund due to you as soon as possible and, in any case, within 30 days from the date of our receipt of the returned item. The refund will be made either in the form of: (i) a credit to be applied to your credit card, or (ii) your original method of payment. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Gift cards may not be returned or redeemed for cash, except where required by law.
